| | Key differences between the undergraduate and graduate sections:
• Undergrads will NOT be assigned the course project.
• Each homework assignment will consist of both basic problems (more focused on the concept) and advanced problems. The undergraduate students will only be required to complete the basic part. However, they can also choose to work on the advanced part for bonus points (up to full mark).
• Similarly, midterm and final exams will consist of basic and advanced problems. The undergraduate students will only be required to complete the basic part. However, some of the advanced problems will be open to undergraduate students as bonus points (up to full mark). |
