| Note that the course location has been changed to Brooks Hall, Rm B002 (archaeology teaching lab).There are no prerequisites for the course. I will make every effort to define terms and concepts in class lectures. Students with no background in anthropology or archaeology are encouraged to ask for clarification in class and/or meet with the instructor.
Course requirements include a short paper, one midterm, a food diary (4 entries) and a final paper.
